The newly minted Kam’s Roast has revived the otherwise nondescript Pacific Plaza along Scott’s Road. Known for its roast meats, the flagship outlet has been awarded the Michelin Star for the last 3 years consecutively. Signature dishes are carefully crafted and supervised by the original roster of Hong Kong chefs, so you can expect a high quality of standards. Run along, now!

G & J: We really love the glazed and smoky “toro” char siu! Tender and flavourful, you can’t say you have visited Kam’s Roast unless you have tried it at least once. The premium pork belly is simply divine. Special mention to the roast suckling pig too! The crackling is thin and crispy, and melts in your mouth.
